Rafa’s Kitchen Catering was founded by Chef Rafael Garcia, a highly skilled and passionate culinary artist with over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and catering industries. Born in Leon, Guanajuato, Chef Rafa’s love for cooking was ignited by his grandmother, Maria Isabel, who shared with him the traditional recipes of interior Mexico. This early influence laid the foundation for his remarkable career.
Driven by his culinary ambitions, Chef Rafa graduated from Le Cordon Bleu with a degree in Culinary Arts, immersing himself in the art of French cuisine. Over the years, he honed his craft, serving as both an executive chef and personal chef. Eventually, he realized his dream by building a commercial kitchen in Marble Falls, Texas, and establishing Rafa’s Kitchen Catering.
Though Rafa is no longer with us, his dedicated family and staff continues his vision of excellent catering in the Marble Falls area, ensuring his legacy lives on through the exceptional service and culinary excellence that Rafa’s Kitchen Catering is known for.
